Event Venue: To be held at Kawana Beach (with alternative site at Maroochydore Beach if conditions require)
Event Date: Competition from 6.00 am Saturday 6th November, 2010.
Entries close : Friday 29th October, 2010. Online Registration Form (Download link to paper version at bottom of page)
Registration Friday 5th November, 2009. Friday night registration, competitors’ presentation and drinks from 5.30-8.00 pm at the Kawana Surf Lifesaving Club.
Competition : Saturday 6th November, 2009 from 6.00 am till midday (ish)
Prize ceremony & Auction: Saturday 6th November, 2010. Kawana Surf Club 1pm
Entry cost: $500.00 for team of 4 - including event T-shirts, goodies bags and drinks vouchers for Friday night

Donations (voluntary): The organizers welcome donations from individuals and businesses wishing to support our efforts without participating in the contest. Recognition and other exposure opportunities are available in return for your generous support. All cheques should be made payable to The Board Meeting Corporate Surf Event and posted to P O Box 6030, Upper Mt Gravatt Qld 4122
